The OF1000 / LTCT23960 is a universal Oil Flow Test Stand designed for component testing on Allied Signal T53, T55, TF-40, LF-502 and LF-507, which is used on Marine, Navy, and Army aircraft engines.
Product Usage:
The OF1000 / LTCT23960 is a low cost solution for conducting oil flow testing of turbine engine components, which reduces liability risk by allowing internal testing of components. It features a temperature-controlled source of oil supply and includes digital instrumentation for the measurement of flow, temperature and pressure.
Benefits:
Components of the OF1000 / HAB23960 are tested in a stainless steel sink protected by a full plexi-glass shield. This arrangement allows for complete operator safety while inspecting oil bearing jet patterns and flow targets. A return port is also provided for closed loop testing of valves and other components.
The test stand includes provisions for connection to a customer supplied exhaust system. Optionally, this model can be supplied with a closed loop oil mist collection system. Also optional is a portable version can be equipped to allow easy mobility.
The OF1000 / HAB23960 is also a low cost solution to testing oil, which includes less man hours and fewer personnel. Also uses a 3 phases electric power compressed oil and cooling water.
